RAW forks are not powder coated, so they will rust if you do not apply your own coating.
NOTE: Raw forks may have slight surface rust due to oil on fingers, this does not effect structural integrity of part and is normal for RAW steel parts.
POWDERCOAT Option will expand lead time of PRO forks by 3-5 business days.

Why upgrade?
Stock forks often bend or break due to their thin construction, especially when carts are upgraded with bigger motors.
The Tottoms PRO Fork not only eliminates these issues, but also accommodates bigger motors with its modular design. This fork has a custom stem designed from DOM Steel Tubing - the same material as NASCAR roll cages.
Additionally, it removes the need for a stock chain tensioner by allowing tension adjustment through the motor mount.
Does this fit on the XL Cart?
No, this is for the standard size crazy cart, but we will be releasing an XL fork in the future!
Can I install this myself?
Yes, you can install it yourself with just a few basic tools. We have a build video showing you exactly what you need to do to get started!
How do I get brakes?
We are working on the brake kit now for our PRO forks!
We are still in the R&D phase to make sure its perfect, but it will be launching soon.
What is the PRO Fork warranty?
The PRO Fork is backed by a Lifetime Warranty, which includes one free repair or replacement if the fork is bent during normal use. This warranty does not cover intentional damage or misuse.
If a warranty claim is submitted, the customer must send the fork back to us for inspection. If the damage is repairable, we will complete the repair at no cost. If not, we will replace the fork with a new one.
What is the Universal Motor System?
We designed a motor mount system to work on all Tottoms forks. You buy one fork and you can use any motor that we offer a mount for.
What is the difference from the Tottoms LITE Fork?
The PRO fork is for someone using the most powerful motors and wants the strongest possible mod for their crazy cart.
The PRO Fork has a custom stem designed from DOM Steel Tubing. It has stock motor mount holes, and larger wire cable holes to fit thicker cables. This fork also comes with tapped M6 holes to install our future brake kit that the LITE Fork doesn't have.
