Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you more information regarding your return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Information
At Tottoms, we stand behind the quality of our products and are pleased to offer the following warranties:
Warranty Terms for PRO and LITE Forks
1. Coverage Period
- PRO Forks: Lifetime Warranty – Tottoms warrants that PRO Forks shall be free from manufacturing defects for the product’s entire life.
- LITE Forks: No Warranty
2. Coverage Scope
- This warranty covers structural issues including bending or breaking that are a direct result of manufacturing defects.
- If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect, customers can return it for inspection. Based on the results, Tottoms will provide repair or replacement at its discretion.
3. Exclusions
- Rust Exclusion: Warranty coverage does not extend to rust for RAW (non-powder-coated) forks. Additionally, Tottoms does not offer powder-coating services for RAW forks after purchase.
- Customer-Induced Damage: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, handling, or maintenance, including but not limited to scratches or other cosmetic damages resulting from customer actions.
4. Warranty Claims
- To initiate a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and details regarding the issue. All claims are subject to Tottoms’ discretion and may require product inspection.
6-Month Warranty on Powertrain Parts
We provide a 6-month warranty on all powertrain parts, including the ESC (Electronic Speed Controller), motor, and battery, under the following conditions:
- The powertrain warranty is valid only if you are using the complete system provided by Tottoms.
- If you are using your own battery or any other powertrain parts not provided by Tottoms, the warranty will not be applicable.
Water Damage Exclusion
Please note that our warranty does not cover any products that have been water damaged. This includes riding in the rain or through wet areas. Ensure that you keep your Crazy Cart upgrades dry to maintain warranty coverage.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Return the Parts: Send the parts back to us for inspection. We will evaluate the parts to determine if they are eligible for warranty coverage.
- Inspection and Decision: Once we receive the parts, our team will inspect them and inform you of our decision regarding the warranty claim.

By purchasing and using products from Tottoms, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Acknowledgment of Risk
You acknowledge that the use of Crazy Carts and related upgrades, including but not limited to modifications made by Tottoms, involves inherent risks that may result in injury or damage. These risks include but are not limited to falls, collisions, loss of control, and other accidents.
Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with the use of our products, whether such risks are known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tottoms, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while using our products. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Injuries resulting from falls, collisions, or loss of control.
- Damages to property or other third parties.
- Any other risks or hazards related to the use of Crazy Carts and Tottoms upgrades.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tottoms, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to your use of our products.
No Warranty on Safety
While our products are designed to enhance your Crazy Cart experience, we do not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the safety or suitability of our products for any particular use. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use our products safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Compliance with Laws
You agree to use our products in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Tottoms shall not be responsible for any violations of law resulting from the use of our products.
By using our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this release of liability. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our products.

Lithium-Ion Battery Safety and Liability
Safety Precautions
The use of lithium-ion batteries requires adherence to safety guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage. Please follow these important safety precautions when using and charging your lithium-ion batteries:
- Always Supervise Charging: Never leave your lithium-ion battery unattended while it is charging. Always keep the battery in sight during the charging process.
- Remove for Charging: If you cannot supervise the battery while it is charging, we recommend removing the battery from the Crazy Cart and charging it separately in a safe location.
- Use the Correct Charger: Only use the charger provided by Tottoms or one that is specifically designed for your lithium-ion battery. Using an incorrect charger can result in overheating, fire, or explosion.
- Charge in a Safe Environment: Charge your battery in a dry, well-ventilated area away from flammable materials. Do not charge the battery in extreme temperatures or in direct sunlight.
- Inspect Regularly: Regularly check the battery for any signs of damage, swelling, or leakage. Do not use or charge a damaged battery.
- Follow Manufacturer's Instructions: Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines for the safe use and handling of lithium-ion batteries.
- No Tampering: Any signs of tampering with the battery will void the warranty. Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the battery yourself.

By using Tottoms products, including lithium-ion batteries, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the use and charging of lithium-ion batteries, including but not limited to fire, explosion, or injury.

- Any other incidents related to the use and charging of lithium-ion batteries.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tottoms, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to the use or charging of lithium-ion batteries.
By using our lithium-ion batteries, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these safety precautions and the release of liability. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our lithium-ion batteries.
