Queue notifications: When you provide your phone number at a Tottoms event check-in kiosk and consent to receive SMS, we will send a confirmation when you join the queue and a notification when it is your turn to ride.
Transactional updates: Order confirmations, shipping notifications, or other account-related messages.

Opt-in: By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our event waiver or checkout, you agree to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve site performance, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. Third-party tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) may also set cookies when you visit our site.

Event participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the event waiver on their behalf.
