The XL GT-ONE Kit is the most powerful Crazy Cart kit in the world, capable of peaking over 12,000 watts.
This kit introduces our new 22kW capable controller, our new 100V battery system, and the biggest brushless motor anyone is currently offering for a Crazy Cart. We took everything we’ve learned over the years and packed it into one no-compromise kit.
It’s insanely smooth too. The XL GT-ONE uses the biggest and strongest belt setup we’ve ever fit onto a Crazy Cart, and it’s built around the same style of belt system you’d find on real vehicles. That means it can handle serious power while still feeling smooth, controlled, and reliable.
We also introduced our new 4-inch wheel hub system, which lets us run larger tires as standard and pair them with our custom-machined 60T billet wheel sprocket.
One of our favorite new features is the tool-less axle bolt release system. This makes it the first Crazy Cart kit to offer full tool-less rim changes. Bring an extra rim with you, swap it out in seconds, and keep riding without needing to carry tools around. Grab an extra rim assembly at checkout!

Which Crazy Cart models does the XL GT-ONE Kit fit?
The PRO Kit is specifically designed for the Crazy Cart XL.
It is NOT COMPATIBLE with: Standard Crazy Cart; Crazy Cart Shift; Crazy Cart Shuffle
How fast does the XL GT-ONE actually go?
The XL GT-ONE tops out at roughly 50 mph, and it pulls hard the whole way there.
This kart has the potential to go much faster but for safety purposes we gear it to 50mph stock.
Gearing can also be adjusted by the end user but is not recommended.
Does anything ship assembled?
Yes some parts come assembled like the XL Fork system, this means that the only install you need to do is getting the fork system onto the frame.
Oh and no drilling required!
What kind of upkeep does it need?
Far less than a gas kart. No oil, no fuel.
Keep it charged, keep it dry, and check tire and drift wheel wear plus bolt and belt tension every so often. That's about it.
One heads up: with this much power, tires are what you'll go through fastest. Stock up on a few sets, or run a more docile tune if you want them to last longer.

Can I adjust the VESC settings myself, or is it locked?
The controller is not locked and you are able to do any tuning adjustments you'd like BUT as to not void warranty, VESC settings can only be changed with the assistance of a Tottoms team member.

Are there different speed modes?
Yes, you can easily select different modes through the included digital display!
How difficult is the install and what skill level is this aimed at?
It requires an intermediate skill level and a few basic tools. It is a very simple walkthrough with our upcoming video guide!

Warranty Information
What is covered under warranty?
We cover the full powertrain with our 6-month warranty. This includes the controller, motor, and battery, as long as no changes are made without approval from the Tottoms team.
Adjusting controller tuning, wiring, connectors, or system settings without approval may void your warranty. If there is a setting you would like adjusted, please contact us first. We are more than happy to help you make the proper changes safely.
This warranty does not cover water damage. Please note that these kits are not waterproof. Damage can occur if water enters the controller, battery, wiring, or other electrical components.
Consumable parts are not covered under warranty. This includes items such as tires, belts, chains, sprockets, brake pads, and other wear items. These parts naturally wear down with use and will need to be replaced over time.
Consumables may only be covered if they fail due to a manufacturer defect. A manufacturer defect means the part failed because of an issue with the way it was made, not because of normal wear, misuse, improper installation, water damage, crash damage, or lack of maintenance.

I love my Tottoms set up! Purchased their street kit belt driven a month ago and…. Sheeeesh it’s no joke! I love the belt drive🔥such a game changer for me! I ended needed a replacement belt and while I was ordering I picked myself out a shirt so I show my support and these shirt are really high quality material, super comfortable and breathable! This motor mount is absolutely amazing! It was super easy to install and it says for the standard, but it worked just fine on my XL stock fork. I totally recommend this mount, thank you tottoms!

Although the price may seem shocking, but it’s genuinely a night to day difference. Genuinely it’s so good it’s scary how much scary it can be. Not only that I had GREAT customer service and anytime I needed, help they helped me out. I have become a loyal customer and there’s a lot more parts I want to purchase from Tottoms!

Tottoms have outdone themselves with this one, and if I have any needs in the future, I'm going straight to them. The communication was incredible, and the whole process was as linear and transparent as possible on getting it here. I big time recommend for anyone trying to get into Drifting.
This was a purchase I was happy with! I didn't know at the time when buying it that I'd actually enjoy it so much. Got the 48V battery option and let me tell ya... You have NO idea how fast it actually is till your doing it with the wind pushing you back like that😅. But yeah, everything came in packaging, battery came with some charge already, all the parts were good and not faulty, and it was definitely a little tedious assembling but... It was fun!!! So bottom line, should I ever get a new cart years later or just a buddy of Mine wants one... Definitely pointing them this way. Good stuff! Hella fast!!! Drift easy peeps! Peace ✌️!

Easy install and works great. If you don't have a 36" socket, get the wrench they sell so you don't have trouble putting it back on.
I bought this headset because my crazy cart had a very bad speed wobble and when I took the old bearings out they were totally shot. The Tottoms headset was easy to install it looks really clean and it also reduces speed wobble tremendously. I would recommend for anyone with the stock headset bearings.

Pro brake kit was one of the last pieces I needed to have a fully capable and fully stoppable cart! Must have!
I got the pro fork mainly to get the pro brake kit, but having this new beefy reinforced fork with plated stem, fresh new headset kit gives me confidence when pushing higher speeds and harder turns that the stem isn’t gonna bend or snap anytime soon!
Belt drive is a must, These are sturdy and should last forever?! The only reason I got a replacement was 100% user error
Best customer service i have ever experienced. very straightforward to put together. Very fast and fun! Would recommend above any other Kit from any shop that I've tried! The power is unbelievable! just know you will need to buy a couple sets of front wheels you burn through one every month or so with the power.
Beautifully designed and executed. Lots of room for routing wires and well thought out holes for securing them. High quality headset that is an upgrade from our prior unit. Belt drive is quiet. Routing of brake cable and installation of brake handle was nicely described on installation video and the brake works perfectly. My grandson is happy so I am happy. We may have to upgrade home paint job on the cart now though. 🙂

High quality controllers with extraordinary customer service. Took only a few moments to install and perfectly tuned for 36V setup. Love working with Tottoms. Super knowledgeable owner and first rate products. Word of caution. Don’t let your grandkids (or kids) run these controllers in the rain. They are not waterproof and you may have to replace it if you get it soaked repeatedly based on personal experience. 😬

My 13 year old son bought a standard 24v crazy cart. He saved for months to upgrade to a 48v brushless motor and controller. The team at Tottoms made this happen especially with the help of Kristian. We had difficulty getting everything to sync and Kristian provided continuous support and feedback to make sure we were able to get everything working. A servant leader who went above and beyond. Went drifting today with my son for a couple of hours and over 8 miles and battery only drained 40%. Quality products, reasonably priced, and most importantly incredible customer service. Thanks Kristan! Definitely worth the price and he loves how quiet the belt is and syncing all the data from the motor to the app. Incredible upgrade
Awesome kit if you’re looking for solid upgrades with good quality parts Tottoms kit is a great choice. I was hesitant to spend the money at first but well worth it love my build and would do it all over again Kristrian was super helpful and down to earth definitely recommend 👊🏼
I was literally using 3D printed casters and old longboard wheels that would fall apart mid ride spilling bearings for a few months, super sketchy and zero confidence at speed Tottoms casters are so solid, haven’t even thought about them since installing, just focus on sending now! All their stuff is well priced and you can trust the quality and customer service of these guys!
Got tired of chain popping every 5 min, this belt kit is one of the best upgrades and priced great! Super easy to change tires without worrying about getting greasy or deal with chain tensioners, and the ability to start adding brakes with the new hub was clutch!
