Does this work on an XL Crazy Cart?
No, this kit is designed for a standard size crazy cart.
Is there any drilling required?
The only slight modification that needs to be done is widening the stock charge port hole for the new on/off switch.
You can either use a hand file or to make it even quicker, use a drill with a file attachment.
