When will my kart be built?
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll reach out to finalize your color scheme and build details.
From there, your frame will be prepped, powdercoated, assembled, tested, and prepared for delivery.
Build times can vary depending on color choice, parts availability, and the specific kart configuration, but most builds can take up to 60 days to complete.
How do color preferences work?
Every kart is powdercoated for a durable, professional finish.
After your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you to go over your color preferences and make sure the final color scheme is exactly what you want.
Once your colors are confirmed, we’ll order the powder and begin prepping the frame for powdercoating.
Because each kart is custom finished, color choices may affect the overall build timeline.
Is this built for adults or is it a kid's toy?
Adults, full stop. The XL GT-ONE is the biggest kart we make, longer frame, more power, and a weight capacity up to 250 lbs.
Is the full payment refundable?
Refund eligibility depends on where your kart is in the build process.
If production has not started yet, we may be able to issue a full refund.
Once custom parts, powdercoating, or build-specific work has begun, the order may only be eligible for a partial refund.
Because each kart is custom built to your selected color scheme and configuration, refund amounts are reviewed case by case.
Can I change my color after confirming?
Yes, color changes may be possible depending on where your kart is in the build process.
If powdercoating has not started yet, we can usually update the color. Additional cost may apply if new powder needs to be ordered.
If the kart has already been coated, changing the color requires stripping and sandblasting the frame before starting over. This is possible, but additional cost will apply.
Does it ship assembled, or is there setup?
Your kart ships fully assembled and ready for final connection.
All you’ll need to do is plug the battery into the controller before riding.
No special tools or mechanical experience are required.
