Sweepstakes Rules

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada, excluding Puerto Rico, Quebec, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.
Entrants must be 18 years or older. Minors under 18 may enter with parental or legal guardian consent. If a minor is selected as the winner, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf, who must fulfill all prize claim requirements.
Employees of Tottoms LLC, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2024, at 12:00 PM (EST) and ends on November 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM (EST).

Purchase Method: For every $1 spent on Tottoms.com, participants receive 10 entries. Certain products may include bonus entries; please see individual product listings for specific entry details.
No-Purchase Method: To enter without purchase, participants may send a handwritten letter to the following address:

Each letter must include the phrase "Entering Tottoms Sweepstakes #1," the entrant's full name, address, phone number, and email. Each letter counts as one entry, with a maximum of 20 entries per person. All mailed entries must be postmarked by November 31, 2024, and received by Tottoms LLC within seven (7) days of the Sweepstakes end date to be valid. No mechanically reproduced or bulk entries will be accepted.

Each participant may enter up to 20 times via the no-purchase mail-in method. There are no limits on entries via the purchase method, subject to product availability.

Prize: A custom-built drift kart & Cash Prize, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $4,500.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other item.

A random drawing will be conducted by Tottoms LLC within 1-7 days of the Sweepstakes end date from all eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email, phone, or both. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

The prize will be shipped via ground shipping or delivered in person within 10 days of the winner's confirmation. Tottoms LLC will cover shipping costs if ground shipping is used.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Tottoms LLC permission to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes on the Tottoms website and associated media channels without additional compensation.

Tottoms LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if technical issues or fraud compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
All entries become the property of Tottoms LLC and will not be acknowledged or returned.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Tottoms LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability or injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Any attempt to gain entries by fraudulent means, such as returning items purchased solely to acquire entries, will result in disqualification and may result in the participant being barred from future promotions.

All disputes will be resolved under Florida law, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Entrants agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, with all claims heard individually.

Digital Products: Digital products, including Instant Entry Packs, are non-returnable.
Physical Products: Physical products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are unused and unopened. Contact customer support for return authorization and instructions. Returns made with the intent to exploit entry bonuses will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
