The Tottoms PRO Fork System is the heart of our entire PRO Kart ecosystem. It was the first product we ever created, and it has grown into one of the strongest Crazy Cart forks on the market.

Unlike the stock fork, which uses a two piece stem design, the PRO Fork features a reinforced monotube stem. This creates a much stiffer and more confident feel, especially when diving into corners or riding at higher speeds. That added strength also plays a major role in rider safety when brakes are added. Braking puts significantly more stress on the stem than acceleration, and the stock fork was never designed to handle those kinds of braking loads.

To support that strength, the PRO Fork uses solid 1/4 inch steel side plates and top plates. These plates help keep the entire fork body stiff, straight, and rigid under load, giving the kart a much more planted and predictable feel.

The PRO Fork System also comes standard with our belt drive kit, featuring a strong, low maintenance belt setup designed to handle real performance use. It also uses our single pin adjustment system, a design we pioneered to make belt tensioning fast and simple. In less than 30 seconds, you can adjust belt tension without overcomplicating the process.

There are now hundreds of karts running our PRO Fork System, and we are incredibly proud to keep building and supplying them to the riders who continue to support Tottoms.

Warranty Information

What is covered under the PRO Fork warranty?

The PRO Fork System comes backed by a lifetime warranty covering bending of the stem or side plates. This warranty does not cover rust, cosmetic wear, or damage from normal riding, but it is designed to give riders confidence in the strength of the PRO Fork. It also reflects how much we believe in our monotube stem design and overall construction.

Consumable parts are not covered under warranty. This includes items such as tires, belts, chains, sprockets, brake pads, and other wear items. These parts naturally wear down with use and will need to be replaced over time.

Consumables may only be covered if they fail due to a manufacturer defect. A manufacturer defect means the part failed because of an issue with the way it was made, not because of normal wear, misuse, improper installation, water damage, crash damage, or lack of maintenance.
